VS Blinds Policy

Placing an Order

All of our blinds are custom made-to-order. Please ensure that you follow our measuring and installation guidelines carefully before submitting your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email—please review it thoroughly to make sure all details are correct.

 

Return Policy

Because each product is made to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

When your order arrives, please inspect all items immediately to confirm you received the correct products and to check for any shipping damage or manufacturing defects.

  • Damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To report an issue, contact us at [insert email] with your order number and include clear photos or a short video.

  • Once reviewed, we may authorize a repair or remake if appropriate.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You will receive a detailed order confirmation by email after placing your order. Please review it carefully.

  • If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, orders move into production and can no longer be changed or cancelled

Warranty

Our blinds are backed by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Products installed according to the provided instructions and not modified.

 

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

  • Modifications, alterations, or non-standard installations.

  • Normal wear and tear, fading or discoloration from sunlight over time, or damage from moisture, salt air, or environmental conditions.

To make a warranty claim, please provide your order confirmation and clear photos or a video of the issue to info@vsblinds.ca

Repairs, Replacements & Parts

We understand errors can occur:

  • If a replacement is required due to a customer measuring or ordering mistake, we offer a 25% discount on the re-order.

  • Repairs requested outside of warranty coverage will be quoted before work begins.

  • Please keep your original packaging; it is your responsibility to securely pack any product being returned for repair or replacement.

  • Defective parts under warranty will be shipped at no cost. Additional parts or upgrades requested after delivery may incur shipping charges.

 

Fabric Colors

Please note that colors shown online may vary due to differences in screen displays.

If color accuracy is important for your project, we strongly recommend requesting free fabric samples before placing your order. Samples can be ordered directly from each product page.
